DreamHack CEO Robert Ohlén relieved from duties, DreamHack to continue
avEarlier today DreamHack CEO Robert Ohlén made cryptic tweets that his role in the company may be coming to an end. ”Truth. Honor, etc. don’t exist. May DreamHack die an ignoble death”, Ohlén said.
DreamHack officials have now confirmed to Aftonbladet that Robert Ohlén has been removed from his position as the CEO of DreamHack.
DreamHack operations will continue and a CEO will be announced next week.
”As of October 24th, Robert Ohlén has been relieved from his duties as CEO of DreamHack,” DreamHack Press Officer Fredrik ’ponderosa’ Nyström told Aftonbladet. ”All operations at DreamHack will continue as usual without any interruption. A new CEO has been recruited internally and it will be communicated on Monday 27 October.”
